Indigenous Film Festival

About the project

The mission of the Indigenous Film Festival is to celebrate, elevate and empower Native and Indigenous films, filmmakers, and creators.  The Festival provides an opportunity to explore a diverse spectrum of Indigenous storytelling, thus strengthening heritage and cultural identity in our community through the enrichment of motion picture arts.

My role in this initiative is leading a volunteer team to coordinate, plan, fundraise, and implement this program on the Pine Ridge Reservation.

I had the fun of directing, shooting, and editing this promotional video for the festival.
